same player?[edit]

Is anyone in a position to confirm if this was the same player as Willie McIntosh who played for Rangers throughout the war (well, 1940 to 1944)? The name, position and dates all match but have found nothing concrete to confirm it was the same man such as text stating "former St Johnstone player" or "future Preston signing" etc), and a fairly common name in Scotand.
