Coronavirus researcher[edit]

The first sentence calls him a coronavirus researcher, but based on his previous publications, he seemed to be more focused on general biophysics of molecular pathways. While he may have started working on coronavirus, this is not exactly notable considering that probably a third of biologists have been working on coronavirus in the past few months. It may be misleading to call him a coronavirus researcher as though that was his specialty.

This is especially pertinent considering that the mischaracterization seems to me to be purposely lending itself to conspiracy theories. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.25.206.175 (talk) 21:45, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Misspelling in article[edit]

Why did the person who created this reference:

"Bing Lui" Google Scholar Accessed June 9, 2020

spell this person's surname "Lui" instead of "Liu"? This is inexcusably shoddy work, and part of the reason Wikipedia is criticized as an untrustworthy source. 173.88.246.138 (talk) 03:00, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Previously at Carnegie Mellon?[edit]

Didn't Liu formerly do research at Carnegie Mellon University? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 04:32, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Chinese spelling of name[edit]

Is the Chinese spelling of his name 刘宾, 刘冰, or something else? 173.88.246.138 (talk) 04:36, 10 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
