Adding Jamie Campbell to notable people[edit]

Please add JackSucksAtLife to the Notable People section. He's a YouTuber with a channel with over 3 million subscribers. People have attempted to add him before, but he was removed for reasons beyond my knowledge. Please add him to this page, where he rightfully belongs. Thanks.
