Bixley and Bixley ward???[edit]

When I checked this map I couldn't help noticing that the place on OSM called Bixley is not in Bixley Ward but in Kesgrave and Rushmere St Andrew. I see this page has been linked to Bixley (Suffolk), which I suspect may refer to the location in East Suffolk (district)! Not quite sure how to resolve this?
