Disambiguation[edit]

Looking at the Wikipedia spainish page, it looks like there are many varieties of bizcocho, and they are not necessarily all from Uruguay. In fact, while my Spanish is rusty, it seems that the bizcochos of Uruguay and Argentina are different from other things also called this.

Bizcocho (disambiguation) → Bizcocho
Oppose for 2 reasons. First, there is no other article on WP titled Bizcocho, so a qualifier is not needed. Even if disambiguation were necessary, the article says bizcocho are pastry or cookies "in several Latin American countries"; Argentina, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico are specifically mentioned in addition to Uruguay. Requested deletion[edit]

"Bizcocho" is just Spanish for "pastry". If it is specific to certain pastries in some places but not others or common in one place or not another, that doesn't warrant its own page. It's like having a page for pop, soda, coke, and soft drink. They should all just redirect to the same place. RMB1987 (talk) 01:12, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
