Removed headings & comment on fictional organizations[edit]

Just looked through the edit history; I've noticed that the example of the Black Hand in C&C keeps coming up (mostly because I tried adding it myself). After giving it some thought I've axed the reference myself, since I think the guy who keeps reverting it may technically be right in doing so, and I'm not really inclined to spend hours look up policy over something this trivial. If anyone REALLY cares to belabor the point further, looking up similar precedents for notes of this kind is advised.

Below are the removed notes, for reference - anyone who wants to re-add them should probably ensure that relevant content exists in the appropriate articles prior to doing so.
