excuse me if i'm being thick, but what specifically needs cleanup? --Soulchild 00:50, 26 February 2006 (GMT)

Subjectivism is problematic.[edit]

"proving they were very different to their contemporaries in quality, songwriting and touring mentality." Subjective statements like these have no place in wiki articles. It should be rephrased or deleted. If you feels that this statement is has some latent objective content you should expound on this line of reasoning.

Beat poet influences?[edit]

"This is evident in their name, which is a string of apparently incompatible words that create a rough amalgamated concept rather than a contingent meaning"

The beginning of the article starts out with the meaning of the band's name, and where they got it, with the end saying that there is no clear meaning, and that it must be from the beat movement? The writer of the above statement is just searching for a hidden meaning in their work.

Fair use rationale for Image:Brmc howl.jpg[edit]

Image:Brmc howl.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 16:32, 1 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

External Link to Photos / Review?[edit]

Do you think it would be reasonable to include a link to my photos and review of BRMC in the external links section? I had added it, but it was removed (fairly) due to my conflict of interest since I'm affiliated with the website. The person who removed it suggested I ask here. My intention is to give people a visual sense of what BRMC is like in concert. I often come to Wikipedia to prepare for concerts and learn what I might expect to see... I thought my photos/articles could be of use to others.

Religious background?[edit]

I read into some of their lyrics that there is a religious context....but in my less-light moments concern myself that maybe it's just sarcasm.

To open the question: are BRMC of Christian background and does this come through? I think so...but today's world makes me too sceptical of anything that sounds so genuine.

Anyway, I hope they are...because music this good, and with this meaning is a pretty awesome combination! (PS, I saw them at the Colliseum in Coventry, UK and they were stunning!! - how a band of this stature was captured at such a small venue is amazing, but man was I lucky!) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.198.53.128 (talk) 23:00, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Public Enemies Trailer[edit]

The song "Shuffle Your Feet" isn't in the trailer. Or was it a different trailer version? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.220.174.54 (talk) 06:23, 18 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
