This article confuses invincibility and invulnerability[edit]

Invincibility is the quality of being undefeatable whereas invulnerability is the quality of being impervious to being harmed. Mephisto/Mephistopheles[edit]

Mephisto is the name used in the comic books, while Mephistopheles is the name used in the film. Since this article is about the comic book character Blackheart, his father's name should be the one used in the comics. oobug^talk/_contrib 00:58, 19 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Blackheart as Legion[edit]

I really don't think there is any "maybe" about the use of Legion being a reference to the biblical passage. The line "For we are many..." is a direct quote. Even if we assume they used another reference for it, it ultimately derives from the biblical mention, and as such should not really have any doubt attached to it. Copyright violation[edit]

How is this copyright violation if the Marvel Database licenses its content under GFDL as well?

I'm afraid the situation isn't quite so simple. I asked for a second opinion on the comics project talk page and the verdict is that it is copyright violation [1]. Even if it was a bit of a greay area we'd have to err on the side of caution. If you have any further questions on that then feel free to raise them on the comics talk page (you'll need to start a new thread as that is archived) as it is an important issue and could set precedents for other entries so it is something that needs to be dealt with on a project-wide basis, (Emperor 16:21, 18 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]

re-indenting Fair call. In such a case, it makes immense sense to give the name of the handbook as the source of copyvio rather than the URL because the URL cites Wikipedia as a source. Else, any admin who wd see the listing on WP:CP would end up with the same action as mine as he would not know the backstory. :) I'm undoing my rvt for now.
