Merge to North American blizzard of 2009[edit]

I would propose this article is merged to North American blizzard of 2009 instead of the other way around, primarily because the naming convention of other blizzards suggests that "North American" is more appropriate, and this certainly wasn't a "global" blizzard. Disambig[edit]

I changed this to a disambiguation page. I typed "blizzard of 2009" expecting the European information. Over here I was frankly unaware of the fact that there is also one in North America, but if two separate articles are required they should be equally accessible.
