Fair use rationale for Image:Bluesmagoos.jpg[edit]

Image:Bluesmagoos.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Music used in "Easy Rider" edit[edit]

"We Ain't Got Nothin' Yet" was not included on the soundtrack album when originally released. If memory serves it was not in the film either. There was a re-release of the soundtrack on CD with additional music not in the film on a second disc. The Magoos tune is on that 2nd disc of the re-release. As presented in this entry the impression is the song was used in the film. I thought it best to remove the claim until some kind of documentation can be produced.THX1136 (talk) 20:09, 31 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Geoff Daking[edit]

Daking is currently designing and manufacturing audio equipment used in recording studios worldwide. This seems to be notable enough to be included in the article - a "where are they now" type inclusion of info.
