Independent?[edit]

The article claims, "the only independent botanical research organization in the U.S. to provide accessible resources to both scientific and public communities." Independent of whom? The government? Big pharma? There are many such organizations including the Boyce Thompson Institute. Racepacket (talk) 10:51, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
