Merger Proposal[edit]

A merger was actually proposed on the Music page almost 2 years ago, but whoever did that didn't follow up on it or even set up the tags properly. That page has almost no references, and basically describes nothing other than a standard, albeit relatively good, high school music program. The music department does not appear notable enough to have it's own article, so I definitely think it needs to be merged here. We won't actually bring over most of the details, just a solid summary of a few paragraphs. Qwyrxian (talk) 21:32, 5 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Support merge -- I'm sure it's a great program, but doubt it deserves its own article. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 22:18, 5 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merge completed. I actually brought over almost nothing, since none of the information there was cited, and it gave excessive detail about the various different clubs/classes. Such info is appropriate for a school website or catalog, but not a Wikipedia article. No actual text was copied over, so no attribution issues.Qwyrxian (talk) 07:31, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Addition of Captain Phil Harris to Notable Alumni section[edit]

BHS class of 1975 Captain of the Cornelia Marie (Discovery's Deadliest Catch)

We will need a reliable source (or 2) to demonstrate that said person 1) Went to Bothell High School, and 2) is notable (for that we just need to verify he's regularly on the show, which could even be done with a discovery channel page link). Qwyrxian (talk) 13:17, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
