Plot[edit]

I'd have to see the film again, but my impression is that the competition was planned well before Spurrier travelled to California. Further, the meeting with the Barretts had nothing to do with the decision to have a competition. DOR (HK) (talk) 14:08, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

what was the name of the chemical reaction? is it real?[edit]

The chemical reaction that made the wine brown without affecting its taste, can that actually happen? If so, what was it called?--Revengencer (talk) 00:56, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Cars[edit]

Every change of locale to France was signaled by the appearance of French cars. And not just a preponderance, every single car. And all Citroëns — dozens of models and all in showroom condition, like the producer had organized a Citroën concours d'élégance to coincide with the shooting or vice-versa. Haven't laughed so much since the el-cheapo "Australia" scenes in Saving Mr. Banks. Doug butler (talk) 07:53, 9 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
