Redevelopment[edit]

I have reverted an edit that said the ground is being demolished - it is not - it is one stand that is being demolished. Further, the proposed 'Oldham Arena' is not a new stadium; it is the working name for the redeveloped stadium though it is likely to be renamed with a sponsor's name by then. In Oldham[edit]

Just a note that I added a source (yesterday) which resolves the ambiguity surrounding the location of the stadium. The map, and the accompanying article on its flipside, confirms that Boundary Park lies just within Oldham, with Royton to the immediate north, and Chadderton to the immediate west. It is wholly within Oldham proper (rather than the wider Metropolitan Borough of Oldham). Hope this helps, --Jza84 |  Talk  01:04, 30 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Second-highest?[edit]

"It is also the second-highest in the football league after The Hawthorns..." This statement needs clarification and a citation. Is it referring to physical elevation? If so, the actual altitude should be provided. phreakydancin (talk) 17:00, 5 September 2008 (UTC)phreakydancin[reply]
