Fair use rationale for Image:Bowie State University Seal.png

Image:Bowie State University Seal.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. General Editing of Language Use Needed

There are numerous typos throughout. Seeking editor with college-level understanding of English language to correct.

Wikipedia Disappointed me for the first time

The manner in which Wikipedia presents Bowie State University information is non-professional. The large box at the top of the page, stating what is not included in the article, could easily be placed at the end of the write-up or not at all. I have read many articles in Wikipedia where a statement is made indicating that the article is incomplete, but not so disparagingly as that made at the start of the Bowie State University article.

Wikipedia,I ask that you rearrange that page to highlight the information that was provided on Bowie State University and not that which is missing. To date, I have appreciated the overall thoroughness of the information provided by Wikipedia and I regard your service as an assest. I ask you to restore my faith in your unbiased presentation of facts by "cleaning up" the presentation of Bowie State University information.

  • Dr. Boles, I am not sure if there is a hard and fast rule stating that those notices have to be at the top, but typically we put notices at the top of the articles. It's standard practice. It's just a matter of someone (anyone) coming in and adding the requested info, and then removing the template WhisperToMe (talk) 12:48, 26 April 2012 (UTC)
