Dead? Or vandalism?

Article now reads that Braintax died yesterday :/ Can anyone confirm this? 81.149.196.186 (talk) 16:14, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

OK I now have this confirmed from a reliable source that he ISNT dead. I don't know how/dont have the ability to revert the changes. IF anyone is watching this page I would be grateful if they could make the needed changes. 86.130.76.18 (talk) 20:27, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

I removed that he is dead, we have to have a source whatever. if you look at the history of a page you can undo other people's changes. Smartse (talk) 23:30, 26 February 2010 (UTC)

Name 'Braintax'

Shouldn't the head of the article be called Joseph Christie as Braintax is merely a pseudonym, also more importantly Braintax was a due act, I believe when Fat Head EP was made this was still the case - the other artist's name should be recognised if anyone can find it. No, I think the article should be called Braintax as this name is synonymous with, and more widely known than Joe Chrsitie. I've amended the article to include the other original member, DJ T.E.S.T. Gram 13:35, 20 April 2006 (UTC)

Braintax didn't rap about the Iraq war on Birofunk - the album was released before September 11th 2001!

Actually he made a references about the Twin Towers, and insisted the songs were recorded before 9-11, however the album was released AFTER 9-11. Gazh 22:33, 14 June 2007 (UTC)

Nope. He ofcourse wrote all the lyrics, which is why 'J. Christie' appears on the credits, but as for the actually track, he produced just the four listed. Gazh 22:16, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

To clarify my last comment: I meant I think we should keep the songs I added to the list above, which Braintax produced on Braintax's own albums, off the Braintax article, as they are already referenced on their respective album articles. Born in Leeds?

I remember reading ages ago that Braintax was born and lived in rural Yorkshire until his family later moved to Leeds, but i can't find the link to source it, anyone know about this ? Gazh 11:42, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Money

No mention of his alleged taking of other artists money on low life when he disappeared? should there be? Both Chester P and Lewis Parker have talked about it in interviews...it would be a way to extend the article.

I came here also to ask if this is worth mentioning, Skinnyman has also spoke about it too, which makes at least three very, very influential people in the british hip-hop scene to publicly talk about this. SP00KYtalk 16:25, 1 May 2021 (UTC)
