Perplexed[edit]

This section refers to BOTH AC and DC propulsion in the Red Line System. I seriously doubt that this is the case. Can anyone with first-hand knowledge rectify this? ...Lorenzo

Location of METRO systems[edit]

This article refers to “the metro” when it means one very specific metro system. The metro of LA and DC and NY are not the same system. Other metro systems use Breda cars (WMATA in DC for example) so parts of the article are still useful. Metro lines are not universal. False information is presented if not made specific. Disambiguate please. 96.86.7.197 (talk) 15:29, 5 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The first sentence of the article refers to the Los Angeles Metro Rail, and we don't need to disambiguate further in the remainder of the article, as the first sentence also makes it clear that we're talking specifically about cars in use on the Los Angeles Metro Rail, not cares in use on multiple systems. I did tweak the wording of the next sentence to more accurately reflect how Metro (the agency) refers to the system. --Jfruh (talk) 00:47, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
