I moved the page and deleted that the race will be known as the Turf Mile from 2007 forward b/c I can find no official notification as such. While it may be easier to refer to the race as the BC Turf Mile in day-to-day discussions, it appears from the Official Website that the race is still known as The Breeders' Cup Mile. See:[1]

Race Record[edit]
The Breeders Cup is run at a variety of tracks and courses. Due to this, none of the races has an official stakes record. In the official race results, they do not list stakes records, on the BC site, they do not recognize stakes records. Do not add a stakes record time unless you can find a source that it is recognized. Otherwise, it will be deleted as synthesized information. --Smashvilletalk 14:30, 11 June 2010 (UTC)
