rename/move to Grand Prix de Ouest-France?[edit]

The guideline is WP:COMMONNAME, which isn't strong in either direction. The most common name should be used. After a quick bit of research (on and off line), I found most sources refer to GP Ouest France-Plouay while one referred to Grand Prix de Plouay.
