I went ahead and put the notability cleanup on the article. After conducting multiple searches on the topic, found almost no information other than the sources provided. No, your addition of a notability tag was uncalled for. Per Wikipedia:NGEO, "Populated, legally recognized places are typically presumed to be notable, even if their population is very low. Even abandoned places can remain notable, because notability encompasses their entire history."– Gilliam (talk) 05:35, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
