The Big Splash[edit]

The article has a whole section on The Big Splash which seems a bit over the top. Is this event still running? I've tried to find out, but can't quite work it out.Seaweed (talk) 14:09, 11 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've managed to only find references to The Big Splash events for the years 2003 to 2010 inclusive.
The reference in 2003 is not that great, however the article in 2007 refers to "now in its fifth year" which suggests 2003. I've also been unable to find any reference to 2002. And nothing found for 2011 or 2012, so looks like this event stopped in 2010.
I don't think this event is that notable really, but I'm going to edit the text a bit and move it up to the History section. Seaweed (talk) 14:39, 12 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
