This looks pretty good so far. I know this is just a rough draft right now, but there are a few little typos/grammatical errors that you'll want to fix. I like the structure of the article, but I have a couple suggestions for you. First of all, could you maybe give a brief description of what the civil war was about? Also, you mentioned that there is information in the form of inscriptions left by soldiers. If you could maybe find an example or two of the actual inscriptions (or at least give a brief description of them) that would be really cool. And lastly, I know you said that the list of governors was sort of incomplete, but maybe you could try to find approximate dates for when those men held the office. I feel like if you do those things it will help flesh out the article a little bit. Good work though! --megan gier 02:30, 14 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You have a lot of good information and I really like the links you've added to the bottom of your article--they're helpful for someone really interested in the topic. I do think that your article could be read much more clearly if you simplified the section headings and shortened some of your sentences. Instead of making a heading section titled "Britannia Superior," I think you could simply take it away and say "Britannia Superior was one of the provinces of Roman Britain created around 200 AD..." Wikipedia very much likes it if articles mention the title of the article within the first sentence, making the name bold. I think if you make your article one big section, with references and links sections following, it would be much more easy to read and absorb the material from. Some of your sentences are awkward fragments, such as "And they were the following:" in the Governor section. Still, these are pretty particular things, which means that your article is really pretty good and definitely has a lot of information. Basically, I think that simplifying the content and also the layout of the article would make it great! --Stuart Anderson

Hi Zach. This is an good article with some interesting facts about Britannia Superior. I especially like how you have elaborated on Londinium and the different governors of the area. I have a few suggestions for you. First of all, instead of having a separate heading for the division of Britannia Superior, it might be better to incorporate that into the first paragraph of your article. Secondly, it might be helpful to Wikipedia users to have a map located on the actual page (as opposed to an external link) - it would just make looking up this reference much easier for users. That's all. Good job! -- Ina Yanyao Wu

Generally very well researched; some of your sentences and structure could flow better and be more grammatical. Great responses to your editors' comments!

History Project[edit]

Hey all, I'm going to be doing loads of work on this page for my uni history course in the coming weeks. This is reading like a great article so far. Good sources, relevant facts about state leaders ect... I look forward to expanding on info regarding the civil war and digging deep into Britannia Superior's history. I particularly enjoy fun facts and perspectives that aren't necessarily part of our standard colonial Roman-Provincial narrative. Feel free to hop onto this page and collab. Party on. Greetings, here is a link to my sandbox: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:DerekJLoewen/Britannia_Superior. I made many changes to the existing article after doing research for my university course. Thank you to all who lay the foundations for these changes. The existing work gave me a great platform for my research. Thanks to Dr. Austen for editing and big up Ryan Munday for taking many photos. Have a good summer everyone. DerekJLoewen (talk) 06:17, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
