Fair use rationale for Image:BruceWorldTourFrankfurt.jpg[edit]

Image:BruceWorldTourFrankfurt.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Remove "Other Band" from heading.[edit]

"Other Band" should be removed from the heading.

It is not factual at all. The use of that name is not a FACT, it is a fan fantasy, conjured by writer Dave Marsh, who claimed in a book to have have discovered the name on Internet fan sites. (See Dave Marsh's book, Bruce Springsteen On Tour.) Even Marsh, who unfortunately adopts the name, made it clear that it was not a fact, but something he found (or so he claimed) on fan sites. If I had started a fan site before Marsh wrote his book and called this group of hired hands, "The Super Session Hands Band" or "The Lucky Touch Band," maybe Marsh would chosen my fan fiction name, and Wikipedia would have an entry for the "The Lucky Touch Band."

If Wikipedia is to have any credibility, these fan creations have to be excised.

Being mentioned in one book, does not, in any way, make it a fact. Even claiming that it is a "common sense" fan nickname does not make it a fact. It is only "common sense" to use that name if a fan or fans desperately need to label a group of hired session musicians, a group that Springsteen himself went out of his way not to name or label.

The entry heading should simply be labeled: Bruce Springsteen and the 1992-1993 Tour.

No fan fantasies, no repeated references to mentions in a Dave Marsh book - just facts. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Owenmadison (talkcontribs) 12:40, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Lucky Town on TotP[edit]

BBC 4 are repeating of Top of the Pops. As I type 22 July 2002 they are repeating the April 1 edition. It included a segment "live from Bruce Springsteen in concert in Glasgow" playing Lucky Town. I am sure I can here slide guitar though I cannot see anyone playing it. So whether this can count as a live recording I am not sure.
