I changed the pictures and addresses for the Frederick Butler and Lucien Moore house because they had somehow been flipped around during writing the article (sorry I did that without signing in). However, I think the descriptions may still be flipped. The Butler House is listed at 8400sqft and the Moore House is listed at 7000sqft. Since the Lucien Moore has an extra floor and similar footprint, I would assume it would be the larger.

Also, the Lucien Moore house is described as "styled with a mansard roof." While both houses have sections of mansard, the Butler house undoubtedly has more. Additionally, the Moore house as built had no mansard roofs at all (the tower was pointed).

I am going to switch the mansard part but leave the square footage since I have no authority on those numbers. Hopefully, someone who does will come along and fix it.

Lastly, I think that including the Whitney house in the Brush Park is a bit of a stretch as it is across the road and several blocks to the north. I am going to have to do some looking into that. If I am correct, it will be removed from this article as irrelevant information.

UPDATE:

Since the Whitney house is six blocks north of Mack Ave. is it well outside of the proper boundaries for Brush park. It has been removed from the article.

Placement of 104 Edmund Place and 291 Edmund Place photos: The source, "Falling for Brush Park" has them correct. French mansard style Frederick Butler House, 291 Edmund Pl has 8,400 sq. feet. The French Gothic style Lucien Moore House, 104 Edmund Place has 7,000 sq. ft. Live maps shows that the "Falling for Brush Park" article cited is correct.
