Getting the Right Name Correctly[edit]
William C. Refield is not my specialty, but he is very connected to the historical legacy I specialize in. I was very excited when I wrote to you last night - all the way to misspelling his name. Background Extremely Needed[edit]
Why is there not the first mention of William C. Redfield and Dove? Redmond began his work studying storms in this way for some 25-30 years on exactly all this before HE DIED IN THE YEAR THAT DUTCH GUYS AND FERREL ARE CLAIMING THIS SCIENCE AS THIER OWN "LAW"?!?!. Please excuse me if I am more than shocked at all this??? Other parts of the world had their contributions in all this - but absolutely nothing like Redfield - who was experienced at reaching out to the Policy Sector. In this case - TO THE GREAT RECOGNITION OF THE INSURANCE AGENCIES OF LONDON AND BEYOND!!! Redmond - also an Invention of Steam ship effectiveness and safety - also the major voice in the world presaging and birthing actual policy just ahead of the Steam Locomotive Revolution. This was a name most certainly known to both ferrell and Coffin as Redfield was the first President of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. AAAS Founded by Joseph Henry of the Smithsonian - WHO COFFIN WORKED FOR PRODUCING the 1854 Smithsonian Book: "The Winds of the Northern Hemisphere". Also the 1856 Book "The Elastic Force of Aqueous Vapors" which was produced by the SMITHSONIAN! Yes! - they both darn well knew of Redfield and Dove - and Joseph Henry and many at the Smithsonian knew that they knew!!! Now.... if there is a Law written by the 'co-opters' and you want to report they named their own law - then you can report that.... But can you please consider a broader background of where this Science comes from - the immensly likeable gentlemen - William C Redfield??? If I gather my facts on this [already have authored a bio article on Redmond] then you can expect some additions to your article to appear some night. We'll take it from there.
