Title[edit]

"meaning of the party"[edit]

Look out in French 'le sens de la fête' can have two meanings (even three): - "the meaning of the partie/soirée"..., or - "the feeling for parties" (when you say about someone "il a le sens de <qq chose>" that means he/she's got in general a good feeling for something, he/she knows how to deal with something...), and - "the direction of the party/soirée" but I can't imagine any French speaker ever felt that meaning when reading this title...
