I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Stadium data is self-contradictory or incomplete[edit]

Text says Estadio de Chalchuapa was used from some unknown date (just said "TBD") until 2002, but bullet says that it did not come into use until 2002 (2002–present). Also, bullet says Estadio César Hernández was used from 2004-2011; does that mean they used Hernández instead of Chalchuapa during those years, or does it mean Hernández was used for a few games during 2004-2011 while Chalchuapa was still being used (if Chalchuapa was used from 2002 to present, which is not clear)?
