I know I should have put this in the discussion section, but, as it had not been created yet, any comment put in a (newly created) discussion page probably whould have gone un-noticed forever.****}

When Calchfynedd existed, Powys extended much farther east (holding pretty much all Cornovii territory). At this largest extent, most of the West Midlands would have been under Powysian authority, and Northampton and Dunstable would have been close enough from it for them being south of Powys to not be an vacuous truth.

You should rather have created the talk page and put a tag; editors are likely to react to tags, and if they do so, they'll be more likely to react positively than if the edit is perceived as vandalism.

I've made some substantial changes here and moved the article. Little or nothing is known of Calchfynydd with certainty. I'm very dubious of the material I've seen on the David Nash Ford website (the only source given here previous to my edit). Whilst he has some well-attested information he also presents his own speculations as fact without so much as a hint that others might disagree (and without quoting any sources to back his case). WikiProject Buckinghamshire[edit]

I was a little sceptical when tagging this one with {{WikiProject Buckinghamshire}}, but did so when I saw it was in Category:History of Buckinghamshire. If it is part of the history of Buckinghamshire, it's covered by WP:BUCKS. If that category has been added as "it might be", or it might be somewhere else, then the categorisation needs to be cleaned up as it's misleading. Thoughts? I can't see any justification for that category. It was also (until a moment ago!) in Category:History of Bedfordshire, Category:History of Hertfordshire and Category:History of Oxfordshire! Truth is we just don't know for sure where exactly it was, as I tried to make clear in the article. Sorry for the abrupt edit to your tag, and hope that helps clear things up.
