Sixth album

For the sake of consistency, we're calling it the sixth album, not seventh, because Bastard (Tyler, the Creator mixtape) is considered a mixtape. See the footnote on Igor (album). If you want to change this, gain consensus on the talk page for the change on all Tyler album articles, don't just blindly change it without agreement. Verified media notes

The "media notes" credit section and, in turn, the writing and sample "credits" that accompany this article are up for questioning. I suggest removing the latter two sections until Tyler posts the official album credits on social media or physical copies with credits come out. The only official form of verification we have are the nearly complete "Lumberjack" credits and the brief album credits, both of which are from Tidal.

The song, which I think you're referring to is Come On, Let's Go, is not on CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST. This song was under the I Know Nigo album so it wouldn't be necessary to be placed here. Sandwichcipher (talk) 21:39, 14 June 2022 (UTC)

Cover Art Variations

Like Tyler's previous album, IGOR, there's four different color variations of the cover art on streaming platforms. The yellow variation of the cover art being on Apple Music, Green being on Spotify, Red being on Tidal, and the Blue variation on YouTube. Should this also be mentioned on the article? Signed as Wolf Haley?

In the Artwork section of Personnel, Wolf Haley is credited as working on the song, I'm pretty sure this is a minor joke added by someone, as this is Tyler's alter ego in his Wolf album. (The link on "Wolf Haley" links to Tyler's wikipedia article.) Should I edit this to say Tyler's name?

Vinyl Cover

Just like the albums before it, Call Me If You Get Lost has an alternate cover for the vynl edition. So I think that should be included like how the Igor, Flowerboy, etc articles include their alts as well. 97.116.188.4 (talk) 20:13, 10 August 2022 (UTC)

Complex Media Company Description Addtion

In the "Rankings" section of the article, the authors outline that Tyler the Creator's Call Me if You Get Lost was ranked number one in Complex's edition of best albums of 2021 yet fail to include any critical acclaim from team members in the "Critical Reception" section of the article. I would like to add the following excerpt to give context for why Call Me If You Get Lost was chosen as the number-one album by this urban youth-centered media company, and specifically what characteristics of Tyler the Creator's sound and evolution of this album caused Complex's editors to regard it so favorably. I propose this addition to the "Critical Reception" section:

Complex Magazine's Eric Skelton described Call Me If You Get Lost as "......the most complete album of his career so far, as he puts sugary pop anthems like “Sweet / I Thought You Wanted to Dance” on the same tracklist as storytelling rap songs like “Wilshire” and “Massa.” He pulled together all the pieces on this one" describing the artist's artful blend of rap and melody.

I am new to editing on the platform of Wikipedia and would much appreciate feedback and commentary. Thank you for viewing my post.

Baudelaire

@TheAmazingPeanuts and @Mogery: I believe it is pretty clear from the video linked by Mogery that Tyler was referencing A Series of Unfortunate Events and not Charles Baudelaire when he chose the name for the Tyler Baudelaire character. It wouldn't make sense to include anything about Charles Baudelaire considering Tyler explicitly said that's not what the name references, but I'm also not sure about whether or not including the YouTube video would violate any WP guidelines, even if it is reliable. There are a lot of other articles here (mainly JPEGMafia) that seem to use a lot of YouTube videos for citations, but I'd like to hear both of your opinions first.
