should we use the word "men" more?[edit]

I got to this page from the Canada Bandy page, which has two links on it, one labeled Canada men's team, the other Canada women's team. The link to the Canada women's team opens a page entitled "Canada women's national bandy team", the link to the Canada men's team opens a page entitled "Canada national bandy team". It's evident that Canadian men's bandy is much higher profile than Canadian women's bandy, but it seems a bit presumptuous to call the men's team "the national" team when the women's team is clearly "the national women's team". Thoughts?--Richardson mcphillips (talk) 20:33, 23 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You have a point, Richardson mcphillips, I an inclined to agree, but if so, all national bandy teams should have their names changed in that way, not just the Canadian team. You could raise the question at Talk:Bandy. I see Froggywam has already moved this page. Until there's a consensus, I move this page back for consistency.
