Hello. My name is David and I am currently a student at the University of Toronto Mississauga. I noticed in this article that there is information that has yet to be expanded on. Hey, I'm a law student in Canada. Some of this information is strange and incorrect (e.g., section on negligence). It should be flagged for expert review. Who Pays[edit]

Who pays the court costs and legal fees? If the defendant wins, does the plaintiff pay their legal costs. What about court room costs (taxpayer)? If someone could add this content, that would improve the article.--Lucas559 (talk) 15:50, 9 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
