Flower[edit]

The flower was not added. It was always there. In the original logo it takes the place of the baby in the mouth of the snake in the Milan symbol. The new logo simply replaces the body with the '5', that as by itself a snake-like shape.

POV[edit]

The article said that Mentana was replaced by Rossella due to the incoming election because "closer to Berlusconi". This is - at all effect - a political speculation of the left wing parties. None of the interested subjects ever did any declaration about, apart Mentana who considered the change as a normal turn-over (He said that in his own last TG5 edition). Mentana never left Mediaset, and - few months later - he become the host of the "Matrix" talk-show, broadcasting live for three days per week and still going on. It sounds quite strange from someone that should have been put away. Hence I remove that paragraph.

Big Brother[edit]

The Reality show "Big Brother" first aired in italy on Italia1 channel, and then the second year on Canale5 because of the high ratings. This is one of a few inaccuracies of ths article. Telecinco[edit]

Telecinco its not an "export of canale5". It is just another independent network like all the other ones, that simply belong all together to the same editor. There no special bind between Telecinco and canale5. Bogus report on Ukraine[edit]

Not sure if this information is suitable for use in this Wikipedia article.... But according to the BBC the channel has broadcasted (in November 2017) a bogus report about the 2014 Ukrainian revolution — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 16:19, 29 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
