The flags V-B-W-R (3:1:1:1) seems to be fictional at less that is adopted recently. In the coat of arms show the true flag (a dark red or maroon monocolor); the flags have the coa in white in the centre (about 2/3), even I have some photo take about 2012. J. Ollé 30-6-2014
