Current legal status[edit]

We seem to be having a bit of an edit war over the current legal status of cannabis in New Jersey, due to the governor not signing enabling legislation. Rather than continously revert one another, it might be a good idea to discuss it here.

Is cannabis legal in New Jersey right now? If not, what should the article say to reflect this? PDMagazineCoverUploading (talk) 17:06, 6 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A single change and a single revert don't constitute an edit war. I suggest you withdraw the RfC (by removing the {{rfc}} tag) and simply ask Bri to justify their revert. R2 (bleep) 17:32, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

cleanup for cohesiveness[edit]

Hi everyone, I'm working on updating this article. It's a great article with lots of amazing contributions. After an article grows like this, I think sometimes it needs a fresh look to tie things together and make it more cohesive. If anyone else wants to help, let me know. Police can use cannabis during off hours[edit]

New Jersey AG Issues Fresh Guidance on Drug Testing for Law Enforcement. Oct 31, 2022. Excerpt: “a balance between workplace safety and work performance and adult employees’ right to privacy and to consume cannabis during their off hours is possible.”
