Product placement?[edit]

How much is Canon paying Jimbo for this marketing endorsement on the main page? It reads more like a catalogue entry and after the Gibraltar business is this another "paid for" plug, huh? Wikipedia on the slide.....109.150.225.99 (talk) 15:41, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

What happened to the facility to "rate" pages in terms of accuracy and, in this case, bias? This is not an article, this is, at best, advertorial, and should be marked or noted as such. 83.70.237.150 (talk) 14:40, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you feel the page reads like an ad, the appropriate maintenance template is {{Advert}}. However, IMO the majority of the article appears to be quite technical and thus inherently fairly neutral. Can you elaborate? — Reatlas (talk) 13:08, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

THE PICTURE IS GREAT[edit]

Just saw the camera and demo picture is simply AWESOME!

Should This Be Merged into the already-existing 1DX article?[edit]

Given that this camera is essentially a 1DX with different software, I'd say it should be relegated to a section on the article for the 1DX. Sethcampbell7293 (talk) 04:45, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
