I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Article restorations (may be possible)[edit]

Other articles about soccer teams in Fogo, Brava, and some from Sal and Santiago that were removed will, may or should be restored, the bot will or may not touch other articles especially some that have never been updated for some years. I have not frequently added, though I was planned to add one article about a club/team that is not added to Wikipedia a week, that will no longer be done. When an article that has some more data and stuff added, it will be added, though I translate it to some other languages a week. I translate some bits into Portuguese, Greek though, there is not too much information and I have yet to have a Greek keyboard which I will get, those I will not translate into Greek. I am not sure that articles with almost no information will not be added. Some articles that has achievements and ranking history will be restored. Pumpie (talk) 18:23, 28 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

When the articles are restored, some of the articles that has a picture of a logo from other teams (one or two are expection) will not be restored, even though logos that almost look like their logos (I think) will not be restored. Pumpie (talk) 18:36, 28 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
