Origin of the concept[edit]

The Official Encyclopedia of Bridge (7th edition) attributes the concept to Mike Cappelletti without any reference to Hamilton, Pottage or Helms. References for such attributions ought to be added if they are in fact correct - which I believe them to be; will look for them. IMHO the BridgeGuys website is a good website but insufficient as an only reference. Any suggestions? Newwhist (talk) 19:05, 14 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
