Carlos Cruz[edit]

At the time of his death in 1970, he was on his way to Paris for a fight against Roger Zami. Another fight was scheduled for Cruz later in 1970 but it wasn't against Ortiz. The source for this information can be found here.Crash stills title hopes- William 23:37, 26 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling[edit]

The article title calls him Ortíz, with an accent on the i, but throughout the article he's referred to as Ortiz (with no accent). Is this a mistake, or are the two forms interchangeable (I'm not very familiar with Spanish orthography). 84.92.8.221 (talk) 15:43, 29 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
