I suggest to include the file at right.Anythingyouwant (talk) 17:24, 24 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Why an arrangement for band, instead of Dvořák's own scoring?—Jerome Kohl (talk) 06:08, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It seems like a competent performance. If we had a free audio file using Dvořák's own scoring, then it still might be worthwhile for this Wikipedia article to include both. Since we only have this arrangement for orchestra, we could use it, while telling readers that it doesn't use Dvořák's own scoring. Once we get a recording that uses Dvořák's own scoring, then we could insert it here, with or without the orchestra arrangement.Anythingyouwant (talk) 06:26, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I don't believe the U. S. Air Force Band includes a string section, so this arrangement is not for "orchestra" but rather for "band". I have corrected the caption accordingly. Clearly, a recording of Dvořák's actual composition, rather than an arrangement, would be preferable but, in the absence of an available copyright-free recording, this one is better than nothing. I leave questions of performance competence to others to decide.—Jerome Kohl (talk) 23:13, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your input. I'm presently trying to insert stuff into Wikipedia from Wikimedia Commons. Once done with that, I hope to start uploading material, hopefully including this piece with the original scoring. Maybe someone will beat me to it. Cheers.Anythingyouwant (talk) 23:30, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
