I'm curious as to why the bibliography lists 10 sources, but the content of the article is only one sentence long. --Cyrus Andiron t/c 12:57, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Maybe because I am creating it now - thanks you have just deleted my talk - reasoniong! Please in future check when articlea are created before being so hasty. Reasoning to follow now - WAIT before posting anything else.--Pandaplodder 13:02, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cary Coopper is one the worlds foremost experts on Organisational Psychology, he was formerly at UMIST business School and now is Professor at Lancaster University Business School.

He is often interviewed by the BBC and ITV news/current affairs. Heis work is quoted alot by management science students.

If he isn't notable then nothing on wiki is!--Pandaplodder 13:06, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That's all you had to say. There's no reason to get upset. Generally, articles that are only one sentence long will get nominated for speedy deletion. It really isn't that big of a deal as long as you plan to add more information. I'll remove the tag and you can continue to add more content.
Also, if there is an editing conflict you can still post your material as well. When it happens there wil be two boxes of text on the page. The box on the bottom will have what you typed and the box at the top has what I have typed. If you copy and paste your text in the bottom box and put it under my text in the top box, both of our comments will show up. --Cyrus Andiron t/c 13:12, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Its ok I'm not mad at you, normally I write stuff out on paper beforehand but I'm pushed for time today. This edit conflict happens alot and I don't always get a second edit box?--Pandaplodder 13:21, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It will be at the very bottom of the page. You'll need to scroll to find it. The hard part is fiding what you typed and putting it in the box at the top via copy and paste.--Cyrus Andiron t/c 13:28, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This article will take a good couple of weeks to complete, so consider it WIP--Pandaplodder 13:57, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
