dates in article and source for more info[edit]

The article states the house was designed and built in 1911, while the NRHP infobox created from the National Register Information System (NRIS) database shows in 1921. The NRIS date of 1921 could possibly be a typo (there have been some others, reported at wp:NRIS info issues), or it could refer to a different date of significance for the place, perhaps the occurence of a significant event or the beginning of association of a famous person with the place. To determine this, it would be great if anyone would care to obtain the free NRHP application document for the site, to be obtained by email request to nr_reference (at) nps.gov. doncram (talk) 15:52, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Someone did obtain and use the NRHP nom document in developing this article, great. In these edits, i updated that to link to the on-line-available copy, and to use the {{rp}} reference page supplement so that multiple occurrences of the reference use can be handled with just one reference, while indicating different pages. --doncram (talk) 13:19, 16 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Banco de Ponce clarification[edit]

An IP editor in this edit removed mention of a Banco de Ponce (building) designed by same architect, with reason in edit summary given as the fact that the Banco de Ponce building had a different named architect. But, it's quite possible for many architects to work on the same building, in same or different renovations and extensions, and even for reasonable people to disagree about which architect was the main one deserving credit. I have not consulted the source supporting the previous assertion, but I believe it was sourced and remains true and should be restored. Some clarification would help, though. --doncram (talk) 13:05, 16 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Besides, it was correct the way it was written, that according to the citation that was already there. Regards. Mercy11 (talk) 17:42, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
