Title language[edit]

Why is this article's name in Portuguese on the English language version of Wikipedia? Compare to Cão de agua Português, another Portuguese breed of dog. While a proponent of multilingualism, these dogs' names exist in English and can be translated. Morganfitzp (talk) 20:07, 3 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Any anglophone editors out there spend time with these dogs? What do you call them? Morganfitzp (talk) 23:33, 24 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Three years on, this has been changed. As a Portuguese speaker, I'll continue to call essas cães by both names, but on English Wikipedia it's a bit easier to refer to them as "dogs," não é? Morganfitzp (talk) 21:30, 9 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
