Title[edit]

"Zeus cave" has a less than perfectly literate ring. Can we come up with a better one? Why is this not a section of "Idaean cave" at Mount Ida (Crete)?? What's the differentiation, that the reader should be forwarded here?--Wetman (talk) 18:51, 25 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Better yet, this could probably be redirected to Psychro Cave. -- œ 05:10, 17 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Vust visited crete, and was confused by this page and Psychro Cave, did a bit of reading around, and it looks to me also like its a dup page. Give the many years that have passed without further comment on this, I'll setup the redirect. Iislucas (talk) 15:45, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The title is misdirecting the users!!![edit]

The title of the article is wrong! The cave where zeus was born is according to Hesiod and at least 12 other ancient sources is Dicteon Andron(Δικταιον Ανδρον),the worship in Ida is late Minoan! The whole article is a mistake! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.178.49.210 (talk) 10:32, 4 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Rails[edit]

The photo shows railroad tracks leading to the mouth of the cave -- as if it were a mine from which ore was removed in ore carts.

Why are there tracks there? 209.194.241.15 (talk) 05:53, 5 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
