Removal of opposition of Caylee's Law and Neutral Point of View[edit]

I have restored the opposition statement and link, in accordance with Wikipedia:NPOV which states: "An article should not give undue weight to any aspects of the subject but should strive to treat each aspect with a weight appropriate to its significance to the subject." Yes, but you're citing a primary source. WP:NPOV requires that weight be determined according to secondary sources. IOW, are there any secondary sources (i.e. articles from the mainstream news media) about this? A Quest For Knowledge (talk) 13:56, 10 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see a problem with having a section about opposition to the law, but the one added is not about and does not mention opposition to the law, it is just there to promote a petition with 14 signatures that was just made. I have rewritten the section so it is not promoting that petition site. I am the original poster on my mobile device. I added the petition because it seemed like a good starting point for obtaining additional information about opposition to the law, not to promote the petition. Excuse me for trying to help others find resources to add content to the page. If you couldnt see from my previous post, its not my petition. With that said, to maintain a neutral point of view, I am removing the link to the "for" petition.
