Merge Cecil Articles[edit]

If you combine the two please make sure you create a whole different section from the time it was a base and now public. There are those who served here that know it as NAS Cecil Field while there are those who know it just as Cecil Field after it was closed. So please be sure to have a separate section covering both time periods of this air field.
