Apolitical[edit]

Is it easier to stay apolitical to the work of Nestle and General Mills? Are their any avenues on the page to discuss the controversy surrounding Nestle and General Mills?

For example, Nestle and General Mills are two of the largest food corporations in the world, and they have been involved in several controversies and scandals over the years. Some of the issues that have been raised against them include:

  • The exploitation of water resources and human rights violations in communities where they operate.
  • The use of child labor and deforestation in their cocoa supply chains.
  • The promotion of unhealthy and processed foods that contribute to obesity and chronic diseases.
  • The lobbying and influence on public policies and regulations that favor their interests over the public good.
