Memorable turnovers[edit]

Also Fletcher is known to accumulate massive amounts of possesions in a game. Leading him to win the " AFL's least dangerous player" award . After wining the accolade for the fifth time he said " I',m glad all my wasted possessions dont go unoticed" . Though on one occasion while fletcher was running with the ball the opposing team simply stopped running and turned their backs to play claiming " It's only Fletcher, what's he going to do?".

1. West Coast vs. Adelaide(AAMI Stadium)- running at full pace and pinpointing Graeme Johncock on the chest. 2. Sydney vs. West Coast(MCG)- receiving a handball and tried to play the one-two to gamebreaker Chris Judd, but fumbled the receiving handball, which spilt into the hands of Captain Kirk, who went on to kick a 50m goal. 3. West Coast vs. Fremantle(Subiaco)- set shot 20m out directly in front and missing quite miserably.

These are just a few examples of his wasted possessions which have sometimes cost West Coast the game. In the future he hopes to improve on his disposal stating, "I must be more efficient with my touches or Peter and Stalts will never stop with the harsh comments"
