Undiscussed name change[edit]

I've just undone a bold and undiscussed name change for this article. Not only did this name change result in an inappropriate capitalisation of the sub-title, it also ignored the long-standing use of the former (now current) article name. @On4006: If you'd like to offer reasons why the name change is appropriate, this Talk page will be a good place to discuss it.
