Untitled[edit]

Link to his famous decision(don't copy it, it goes on and on). Years from now, it would be nice to see if his judgement stands up as well as it appears to today. Immoratilze the man, one way or the other.

Is he notable?[edit]

If his only claim to fame is the judgement in the Lipstadt trial then the entry under Deborah Lipstadt should be sufficient. If he has any other claims to fame these should be added. In the meantime, I am concerned that he is referred to as 'British Judge', as he is an English Judge. The judiciary in Scotland is separate from that in England and Wales. I have declined an A7 speedy nomination. Per WP:POLITICIAN a national judge is notable. JohnCD (talk) 20:11, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
