Oldest theatre in Baltimore?[edit]

This article claims that the Charles Theatre is the oldest movie theatre in Baltimore, Maryland. There is no citation for this claim. The Wikipedia article for the Senator Theatre (also located in Baltimore, Maryland) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senator_Theatre claims, also without citation, that the Senator is the "oldest operating movie theater in central Maryland." Both articles need citations, and, unless I am missing some nuance in the wording, one of these articles is incorrect regarding which theatre is oldest.
